Periodically retry errored pushes #1331

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Seeing errors similar to #926, but nothing in my log to suggest the problem.
Some posts work fine, others don't. When there is a problem, it would be good if it would automatically retry at a later point. Even better if it actually presented a more meaningful error than Could not determine remote post ID. in terms of what's failing. :- )
