Pulled Table Does Not Paginate #1335

Describe the bug
Going to the Pull Content page and filter to Pulled, the table does not paginate. It only shows however many you have set in the screen options.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Pull Content page.
- Click "Pulled" filter.
- Table does not paginate.
