Creating a new post with a redirected URL

Could there be a notification if I create a new post and its URL is already redirected?

It would be hard to determine that.

When you publish a post you get the permalink, right?
You run the permalink through Safe-Redirect-Manager and if any of the rules matches you display a notice.
Is it OK for you?
