Won't allow edit of URLs or creation of new redirects in WP 6.6.1 #389

Describe the bug
After updating to WP 6.6.1, from WP 6.3, I find that (1) you cannot update a redirect (to) URL the tool says it already exists, and (2) you cannot create any NEW redirects, as the tool tells you that they already exist, and the update button is grayed out.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the tools menu
choose easy redirect
go to the redirect creation page
pres create and fill out the fields for the URL
At this point the auto-search runs, and tells you that your URL already exists (when it does not). This is the point of failure.
