Add feature: Custom animations on getting new badge and leaderboard top 10.

To improve UX, application will celebrate whenever user will get a new badge. Like paper particles, stars and the badge in center.

Also, the application will celebrate when user will attain a position in top 10.

Hi @DeveloperAmrit

I'd like to work on this feature. I have experience with React animations and would love to implement:

1. Badge celebration animation - Paper particles/confetti effect when user earns a new badge
2. Leaderboard top 10 celebration - Special animation when user reaches top 10

I'll use either:

• framer-motion for smooth React animations
• canvas-confetti for the particle effects
• Or CSS-based animations for lighter bundle size
