Gator Daemon doesn't build with recent protobuf

Hi,

Gator daemon use protobuf logging header file. Which has been dropped in recent Protobuf release
They moved to ABSEIL Logging

Issue is this header is no more found here:

gator/daemon/logging/logging.cpp
