Delete management workaround

The arcpy.Delete_management function doesn't work in this environment. As such, I have not been able to find a way to expunge the temp folder generated during the RGB process once the bands have been composited. This workflow is fine when running scripts directly, but it doesn't seem to be effective when running from within a tool.

I tried using the shutil approach to deletion, which looked promising, but at least one of the input bands still has a file lock when the command is run, so the utility cannot successfully delete the directory.
