package.json intentionally has no version field — the release version is
derived from CHANGELOG.md and injected by CI before packaging the .vsix.
Releases are fully automated via GitHub Actions (VS Marketplace + Open VSX +
public mirror). See DEPLOYMENT.md for the complete pipeline.
