TUI become unusable after the language changed (bug related to Issue #18)

Users are totally unable to use the TUI mode if they change the language to Hungarian in GUI mode. The TUI displays the instructions in English but it awaits localized commands and tries to print localized messages. Additionally, TUI is unable to handle accented characters, therefore users are unable to type in the localized commands and the program terminates when tries to print a message including accented character(s).

I recommend to make TUI immune to language changes. I think AT TUI users (if they even exist) wouldn't be afraid to use it only on English language.

One possible solution: redefine _() function and local_commands inside the TUI class with a built-in function:

def ignore_lang(self):
    global _, local_commands
    local_commands = ['left', 'right', 'step', 'wall?', 'exit?', 'quit', 'goto']
    def _(str): return str

And call this function inside __init__() of the TUI class. This solution prevents AT from translate code and instructions when TUI called and preserves the ini file settings. I tested and it worked for me.
Shall I insert this code into the algotaurus.py after we discussed the other pull requests?
