[Feature] - the ability to add custom links to /p links

I don't really think I can explain further, it's just logical, lol
I've been told to add here the link I wanna add:
https://www.govmap.gov.il

If possible the logic should be moved to Alps-Lib and generallisized. So T+- can use it too. Also links like Apple Street View should be added globally.
