Hi. Thanks for the open source ). This is exactly what is needed to speed up the site.

I wanted to clarify. Why is the search done on the "value" field and not on the "label" field?

And the second. Parameter "closeOnSelect" really doesn't work.

Hi @ARA1985, this library supports react node as label and it will be too complex to search in a react node, also most cases values are the same as label and lowercase so the search feature depends on the value.
I have a target to revamp the library and release a major version with fixes for all issues.
