How to solve hCaptcha with automation?

I am trying to send bulk messages. I need to solve the hCaptcha with an automation. Does anyone know how to do this?

I haven't been able to get hcaptcha-challenger to work. Have also tried heaps of APIs. It seems that Signal is using hCaptcha enterprise, which is the hardest to crack.

Also welcoming tips about how to avoid the hCaptcha in the first place (details about rate limiting etc).
