Update libsignal-client and signal-cli | restored signal data but account not recognized

I have updated the libsignal-client to libsignal-client-0.79.0.jar and signal-cli to signal-cli-0.13.18. I made a copy of the data, and after rebuilding the Docker image, I restored the previous signal data to the mount location. The issue now is that my signal application is not working.
Previously, I could send messages to any number, but now the account number appears as not registered. What should I do to solve this?

@shihab-geo: I only saw your comment now. If you didn't manage to solve your problem in the meantime, you should repeat the first step (that is, rebuilding the Docker image with a copy of the data) with version 0.76.3 of libsignal-client as mentioned in the CHANGELOG.

I rebuilt the Docker image, and in the Docker build and run commands, I used -v {mount_volume_location}:/data. However, I was still unable to reuse the previous account.
