Cannot generate a subscription name #201

Description

@colin-small

Tool version
5.0.2

Describe the bug
On fresh clean deployments of the tool 5.0.2 over the last week I have noticed that I can generate names for resources but not subscriptions. I get the following error.

Resource Type validation failed - Regex pattern is not configured. Please reset configuration to repository defaults.

I tried following the error instructions but it does not help. I also checked the resource type and there is in fact no regex pattern defined.

I do not recall this being an issue in previous versions.

I tried from both a fresh JSON based install and also after a SQLite conversion. Same results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Generate
Click Resource Type
Select Subscription
Select Subscription/subscriptions (subcr)
Select all optional components or just the required Environment one
Click Generate
Receive the red failure and error code:

Resource Type validation failed - Regex pattern is not configured. Please reset configuration to repository defaults.

Expected behavior

I expected it to generate a subscription name

Installation Method
Tested in both a Kubernetes deployment and a Podman deployment.

Additional context
It seems like maybe just the regex is missing?
