[FEATURE REQ] MCP Server support

Please describe the feature.

Hi all,

we are going to use APIOps in a scenario that is basically only about MCP servers, and having direct support in the tooling system would be much appreciated.

Any hints on a timeline?

Hi @alexinuk , APIM MCP support is currently in preview. We will take a look once it's in GA.

For added context, ApiOps relies on the APIM REST API. The Azure portal uses /apis/apiname?2024-06-01-preview when creating MCP servers, but there's no documentation for that version (2024-06-01-preview) of apis. I don't see a documented REST API that includes MCP support.

Thanks @guythetechie - I was hoping to be ready to go live as soon as APIM would GA'ed MCP Support, but I guess I will need to wait then
