LeakSanitizer reports multiple memory leaks from curl

Hi,

I'm using this library consumed via vcpkg (azure-core-cpp[core,curl,http,winhttp]:x64-linux@1.16.0, azure-storage-common-cpp:x64-linux@12.10.0 and azure-storage-queues-cpp:x64-linux@12.4.0#1).

I get the following memory leak reports from LeakSanitizer:

The connection pool keeps connections alive. Are you flushing out the connection pool before shutting down the process?
