Outdated crates.io version (0.19.1)

I tried to install with Cargo from crates.io however the version is really old due to the fast paced development, missing necessary features.

Please upgrade it to latest release.

We cannot upgrade right now due to: https://github.com/Barre/ZeroFS/blob/main/zerofs/Cargo.toml#L89

If / when these two PRs are merged, we'll be able to push a new version:

• feat(local): add fsync to LocalFileSystem for durability apache/arrow-rs-object-store#643
• Add xattr-based attribute support to LocalFileSystem apache/arrow-rs-object-store#630

No issues, I got the latest version (1.0.8) working via the install script instead.

I would suggest to add a small note to the quickstart instructions. This would avoid running such a relatively old version in terms of newest features, and especially when upgrading from this version to the latest is not supported afterwards (I read). That is, guiding users to another of the installation methods that do provide the latest version immediately.
