Chair user rotation ammount and snap ammount

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Please add paramaters to the chair prefab to allow snap rotations or rotation locks to players in chairs or stools this would allow us to customize the chairs to allow players to snap rotatate on things like stools by a certaina mmount of degrese. or lock the chair to no rotation.

none of this is really esential but would be a nice feature to have in many cases andI think it would get lots, and lots of use.

180, 360, 90, 45

snap degrese 25,30,45,90

Ok, i asked crimsom what the current behavior is. Which they responded to, "nothing" so i think that should likely stay incase other platforms want to have different behaviours while seated in a chair. I haven't looked yet at what "api" the chair exposes, but could be nice to have the option that only platform/world code can remove people from chairs. This would be advantageous for certain vihicle that might want to use all movement controlls for other stuff
