How can I run a unittest case without providing real openai credentials?

I tried to run a unittest locally which was introduced in PR #15962 . I was using poetry run pytest

poetry run pytest tests/llm_translation/test_openai.py::test_streaming_tool_calls_with_n_greater_than_1

This case failed and output the following

Does this testcase need a real world openai key?

Hi, yes, it requires a OpenAI key. You can add OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-xxx to a .env file (LiteLLM auto-loads it via dotenv), or skip it with pytest tests/llm_translation/test_openai.py -k "not test_streaming_tool_calls_with_n_greater_than_1". The test could also have a @pytest.mark.skipif(os.environ.get("OPENAI_API_KEY") is None, reason="...") to skip when there's no key.
