CVE-2025-48924 Fix required

Hi Team,

Commons-lang3 version 3.12.0 has CVE-2025-48924, and the fix version is 3.18.0. Can we analyse the CVE and fix it.

We're upgrading to version 3.18.0. (now on development branch)
We're planning a release soon with several bug fixes and security updates.
We don't have a specific date yet, but we're working to make it happen as soon as possible.
