Migrate from APC to APCu

Trivial change but would clear cache and invalidate current sessions, needs to be done when few users are online.

APC support was dropped while updating the server to PHP 7.2, I did a find and replace of apc_ to apcu_ (2fd0e84). Appears functional but I'm not sure if there's any additional changes that need to be made.

I checked on it, and it should work, if you only store data. They are basically the same.

If you need opcode cache, then you need to use OPcache. However, that seem to have been directly integrated into the core since long.
