SPI Driver evenually hangs

The SPI driver seems to be the limiting factor now in terms of reliability
It eventually hangs, usually on the last SPI_SR_BSY check or on a SPI_SR_TXE check

Have not been seeing this issue at all recently, it have have been being caused by the poor timing of the GPS task. Will moved to blocked for now but may not need any fixes

Still happening, I think there can be some cleanup with the NSS pin as well as with some of the error flags
Need to look at RM0090 closer again for the sequences

This has been a non issue recently, most likely has been resolved or will be with the SPI driver improvements with the LoRa Receiver bringup
