[Feature] Short URLs

The URLs in form of the ID are fairly long. Primary use case for Picsur is to upload images and paste the URLs in to an email to reference them in the middle of text. Text becomes more and more with these long URLs, they don't wrap nicely in text... you get the picture :)

I am suggesting a shorter version, similar to Imgur URLs.

This could be done in two ways:

• Add an option to use shorter IDs for the image files themselves (on/off)
• Add an alias for each image that acts as a redirect. the file names stay long

I like this idea as well. Also, it would be nice to have the option to integrate with self-hosted link shorteners like Shlink through an API.
