Adventure Mode: When "Find the Caravan" is active, Donovan's dialog repeats upon entering any location after save game is loaded

Reproduction
1: Start adventure mode
2: Complete tutorial and get approached by Donovan
3: Save on world map
4: Load that save
5: Get dialog popup
6: Load again
7: Enter location
8: Get the dialog again

While harmless itself, it's rather annoying since this is otherwise at the point the player wants to explore and get more powerful so they'll be constantly bombarded by it.

Edit: Doesn't need to enter location, just waiting on world map is enough.
