Breaching dragonstorm blocked by tefri mage of zaphir doesn't draw

Describe the bug
If you attempt to cast a spell with breaching dragonstorm while your opponent has tefrei out, The spell neither gets cast nor will go to your hand.

To Reproduce
Play breaching dragonstorm while your opponent has tefri mage of zafir out. The prompt asks you whether or not you want to play the card. click yes. The card neither gets played nor goes to your hand. If you play breaching dragon storm again it will ask you to choose which card you want to play between the new one and the old one.

Expected behavior
I expected that either the pop-up to choose to play the card would not appear and it would go to my hand automatically, or even if I clicked that I chose to play it it would go to my hand after tefrri blocks it.

Additional context
I was playing adventure commander, The breaching dragonstorm came from the neck slot and I was playing against the tefri Boss.

Also later once I removed the tefri, another flicker of the breaching dragonstorm let me both play an old card and draw the new one when I selected to play the old card.
