Produce geometry backplanes

Supervising issue:

• Create overview spreadsheet for all metadata to be produced (https://github.com/Cassini-UVIS/tools/issues/11)
• Create sample metadata for a few datasets
• Interface with FITS producing team to see if it works
• Produce metadata for one PDS volume of UVIS data
• Produce all metadata

One of the subtasks I have for this is the creation of geometry backplanes for ring stellar occultations, and that was @joshuacolwell 's task. Are you still doing that, Josh? Please keep in touch with Mark on who is doing what here, so there's no accidental overlap.

Yes, we are on top of that. It's all basically done, we're just working on the formatting and getting the information into the appropriate formate for PDS.

@joshuacolwell, would you please send what you have to me? We might have resources already in place to get things into proper formats.

@joshuacolwell responded via email that he and Richard Jerousek "have just finished generating a set of IDL save files that have all of the expanded geometry data for the occultations." They will send me and @michaelaye "a handful of those to see if [we] have the machinery to PDS-ify them".
