Description

When you set up a form and go to Form members, you have the option to click email notifications on or off. However, you still receive email notifications whether it's clicked on or off.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a form go to Form members click email notification on testerr form. You will receive an email notification. Now go back to four members click email notification off and you will still receive an email notification.
