Inventory: Hacknights & events processes (season re-audit)

Re-audit the Hacknights & events section of the Process Index at season end.

For each process in this pillar:

• Is it still where the index says it is?
• Is it still accurate, or has practice drifted?
• Has a new process appeared that is not listed?

Measure before writing. The 12-week season document described a 15-week season because it was written from an ideal rather than from evidence.
