chore(modules): move the memory pins to tinymemory v1.15.1
One commit past the v1.15.0 that tinyhumansai#6049 just landed. v1.15.1 carries
tinymemory#142: the CortexDB adapter now asks `v1/scopes/list` for every
scope instead of accepting the engine's undocumented first fifty. The
endpoint caps at 50, documents neither the cap nor the `limit` that lifts
it, and returns no cursor and no total, so a caller cannot tell a
complete listing from a truncated one — a live instance holding 93
scopes listed 50, and everything downstream of `namespace_summaries`
reported success on the subset.
No capability moves, so the list tinyhumansai#6049 re-read stands untouched:
`git diff v1.15.0..v1.15.1 -- crates/tinymemory-api/src/capabilities.rs
crates/tinymemory-bus/src/capabilities.rs crates/tinymemory-bus/src/names.rs`
is empty and `crates/tinymemory-module/` moves only its `Cargo.lock`, so
the module declares the same members it did.
All four pinned sites move together, as the pin-drift guards require:
the submodule, the registry record's eleven assets, the capabilities
pin, and `memory_version`/`memory_sha256` across the three workflows.
Digests come from the release's own `checksum.toml` rather than being
transcribed; the ubuntu-22.04-x86_64 one was verified by downloading the
archive and hashing it.
