[BUG] CameraView preview doesn't rotate on certain Android devices

Current Behavior

The preview completely ignores device rotation - it never rotates under any circumstances.
At the beginning of the video, it shows that rotation works correctly on this device.

Expected Behavior

When rotating the device, the preview should rotate accordingly.

Hi @AugPav, I pushed a potential fix (Commit 9514462) to my fork (phunkeler/communitytoolkit-maui) on the branch bug/n3015.

Could you please try building & testing that branch on your devices. Thanks!
