Drills Goggle Tool Tip Disapears

For some reason after a shot time of the drill operating the goggle tool tip vanishes and wont come back. Possibly a create issue??? Maybe I am giving it to much info to display. I really dont know.

So seems that the tooltip ONLY shows when its active block is a deposit.
