Up Escalators jitter and I can't find anything on it

Please tell me I'm not going crazy and this isn't supposed to be this way.
Going on a down escalator? smooth as butter.
Going on an up escalator? Has like an 80% chance to bounce and jitter my player as well as make the camera "lock" almost. It's very strange.
Is it just me or is that the mod. I don't know. I hope it's fixed?

It says it was fixed on version 1.0.2 but this seems to be exactly what is described there. Please look into it I am on version 1.1.0 on minecraft neoforge 1.21.1

Known issue, though jitter should be less than on 1.0.x
