Market board information not shown in crafting lists

Describe the bug
The crafting lists always show ‘Buy 0 (MB) for 0’ instead of the actual prices, even though prices are being shown correctly when I view an item's properties. Pressing ‘Refresh Market Prices’ seemingly does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Increase the priority of Marketboard under Ingredient Sourcing in the list configuration, so that it is higher than gathering activities.
2. Add an item to the crafting list which needs to be bought from the marketboard.
3. Refresh market prices (or enable auto-download).

Expected behavior
I expected the text under Next Step to show the actual market board prices instead of 0.
