Sometimes when copying a folder, the entire path is added

Steps to reproduce:

1. Check out Andrew Martin.
2. Run rm -rf web/css/video-js/font/ to delete the folder.
3. Run gulp bundle.
4. ls web/css/video-js/font you will see a node_modules folder.

A config like this seems to give a whole folder:
