As an end user, developer, and production manager, I want the dirac executor / cwltool extension to extend cwltool with only the necessary features while remaining robust and retaining the expected behaviours of cwltool.
Feature Description
CWL fixtures for LHCb workflows of varying complexity (sim and anaprod) should be generated by LbAPCommon and tested with dirac-cwl-run
