Bug Description

Just few documentation "bugs", which I group here as I hope could be all sorted out together.

• There is no diracx favicon (it's using the mkdocs one)
• The banner on top mentioning the "roadmap": the link leads to a broken page (should be updated)
• the links (e.g. to user docs) from https://diracx.diracgrid.org/en/latest/ are broken
