GoeTIFF Primer missing section on CURATED checklist?

Hi folks.
Re: GeoTIFF Primer
In the beginning of the md and PDF, there is mention of "Appendix A - filetype CURATED checklist". However, I cannot locate this information in the PDF or md. Did it get created and missed? Or was it aspirational and then not complete? If the file exists, please attach. If not, please advise.
