First off, every time a chunk border is crossed, the wheel entities are still there but aren't rendered properly.
Secondly, the Glide // Circular Functions addon's boost isn't visible but still functional upon crossing a chunk border. I use Glide // Burnout Paradise Remastered - Vehicles if you need to know this.
