Support land surface temperature (LST) computation

Implementation of methods to compute LST based on the following paper: "Identifying irrigated areas using land surface temperature and hydrological modelling: application to the Rhine basin" doi.

This can be implemented as:

1. Part of the Wflow core (\Wflow\src\) or
2. As a separate module outside the core like WflowServer.
