Have new deleopemnt team notified exchanges about new mandatory CLI update?

Have the exchanges been notified about HF and CLI version update?
I remember when last year's HF was implemented by prev team to implement merge mining but nobody notified exchanges about such, and this caused all kinds of mess.

Let say Bittrex haven't updated CLI and someone to send XDN to his wallet, TX to be broadcasted to old BC and funds never received in the new wallet.

1. There is no issue, it's just a question
2. The issue will be negative hit on XDN coin if exchanges get pissed nobody told them there is a new version of client - mandatory update, and "they were on wrong chain (old one)" and sending funds using old clients to wrong chain. This can endup XDN to be de-listed from exchanges because nobody notifies them about critical network updates.

@skironDotNet Yes the exchanges have been notified. Bittrex, Upbit, Freewallet and all pools except minergate have updated. HitBTC wants a quarter of a million dollars to update and so their wallet remains closed as the old network is borked and they seem to not want to fix it. Please see our bitcoin talk thread, our reddit, our Discord, or our Twitter for this information which has been available for a couple weeks.
