Make Links to Key Resources for Training More Visible

Suggestion: Make resources i.e. TeSS, GitHub, and Zenodo more visible. Currently they are mentioned in text and it would be very useful to have them also visible in a side-menu on left (Upcoming Training, Training material, Past Events).

Additional suggestion: The side-menu should have a title/heading "Important/Quick Links".

I agree on removing the "Get Started" section and replacing it with an "Important/Quick Links" (and having that in the sidebar on the left. The one on the right will disappear, as previously discussed).
