Cannot process the timestamp with hour unit

Describe the bug

When loading the local lyrics file with timestamp with an hour unit, it'll display it out as text instead of read it as a timestamp. This was fuctioned normally in 0.3.X versions.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a .lrc file, type timestamp with hour unit, For example:

[01:23:45.678]Never gonna give you up
[01:23:46.678]Never gonna let you down

2. Load this .lrc file
3. The timestamp will be displayed as a lyric/text.

Expected behavior

Should read it as a normal timestamp, and won't be displayed out.
