Renaming a workspace doesn't sync properly with bookmarks

Describe the bug
When a workspace is renamed, the bookmarks are not updated properly:

1. Bookmarks are not updated just after renaming the workspace, you need to do something (for example open a new tab) in order to trigger bookmarks save
2. After (1) a new folder is created in the bookmarks with the new workspace name, however the folder with old workspace name is not deleted, so you have "duplicated" folders with old and new name

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Rename an existing workspace
2. Name change not updated in bookmarks folder
3. Open a new tab
4. A new folder has been created in bookmarks
5. Folder with old name still present in bookmarks

Expected behavior
Ideally, bookmarks should be synced just when renaming without need to open a new tab or do any other action, moreover the folder with old workspace name should be deleted
