Implement ordering & re-ordering of workspaces

There should be a method of reordering the workspaces in the list.

Ideally implementing a drag-and-drop method for reordering would be best.

I have many workspaces and it would be nice to be able to order them, ideally drag&drop but it could be enough a simpler way like arrow up/down button. If not possible, I think sorting them alphabetically would be better than creation order, so at least we can control the order with a prefix.
