MacOS version don't have sound, only music by CD/MIDI

This project is wonderful, but MacOS version don't have sound, only music by CD/MIDI, how I do to make this works?

method readsoundconfig in sound.c checks config file, if not exists, sound sfx is disabled...

see if commit e986f1d fixes this, should be available in the latest nightly
