Issue Description
automatic modules upgrade was triggered last night, and I received the emails saying that it would upgrade a few modules, and then that the upgrade went smoothly for all of them. Including sangomartapi.
But this morning while logging into the web admin for unrelated reasons, I have critical notifications stating that sangomartapi is disabled pending upgrade.
In the module admin page it is indeed " Disabled; Pending Upgrade to 17.0.23.2 "
I click " Upgrade to 17.0.23.2 and enable ", then process, and all seems well.
Why was it silently disabled, I don't know...
