Error in "Interactive_PCA_Rotation.ipynb"

In the notebook cell "Interactive Feature Projection with Arbitrary Rotation" line 12 currently reads has a mislabeled variable, in the line "norm" is used. Changing "norm" to "x" fixes the error.
