Additon of Seconds in DateTime Picker

Please add the seconds range in the dateTime Picker.

I believe you can do this yourself, by passing in the property into the timePickerOptions

You can see the use of timepickerOptions and if you go to the following page you can see the options it supports

The i required, in global config picker also.
