Drunk camera #2
Description
The drunk camera and automatically driving smoking cars (that you have to put on breaks in order to stop them) are enabled after roughly 3 minutes of gameplay (on both The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony). Which means the need of a launcher is not bypassed entirely yet.
Tested on patch 7 (1.1.2.0) of a copy obtained in 2018/2019 of Episodes from Liberty City on Steam.
