Describe the feature you would like to see added:
Right now, performance is evaluated on a build per build basis by running a non committed test file locally. For better comparability a performance measurement tool / file / case should be introduced, that can be run on different systems to establish a basic performance benchmark.
Why do you believe this feature would be useful?
Creating a performance benchmark, adding it to the CI / Release actions or Test runner actions could catch performance degradation / issues before manual testing or roll out in release. Establishing a performance benchmark could also help to compare Flotsam to other, similar implementations
